Shipping & returns

We will fulfill the order within 10 working days. We will call you first to arrange for delivery. Delivery times are between 10am – 5.30pm on weekdays, and before 12pm on weekends. We also deliver before 12pm on selected public holidays.

At the present moment, we only deliver to Singapore addresses.

Delivery fees within Singapore is at a flat rate of S$15. For orders above $100, delivery within Singapore is free.

Exchanges are only possible if the product is not used or opened in any way.

We do provide refunds on unused products within 1 week of delivery. However, we will not refund the delivery costs which will be deducted from your credit card payment. To get a refund, please bring the product back to our showroom.

For items that can be sent back to us via mail or courier or in person, we will not charge a delivery fee and you will receive a full refund (unfortunately we will not cover your postage for the returned items). However, for items that have to be collected from delivery address, a delivery fee of $120 will be deducted from the refund amount before being credited back to you.
